I lost my ignigtion key for my 07 Sanger v215 has this happened to anyone? How do I get a new key?

You might be able to call Sanger with your hull ID number, but you may have to prove you own it. The other option is pull the ignition and take it to a locksmith and they can make a key.

Both those options are expensive.

Are you handy at all?

You can probably change the whole ign switch and get 2 new keys with it in about 15 min. They are only like $25-40, way cheaper than a locksmith or getting a dealer involved.

And really, most boat igns suck. YOu can cram just about any key you arent' fond of in there for temp purposes. Mail keys work especially well.

Just replace the ignition yourself. You'd be able to do it pretty quick depending on your access to the back of the dash. Usually about 4 wire terminals or so on that back that just need to be pulled off. I don't even bother taking the key out of the ignition.

I replaced the ignition switch today in about 5 minutes. The only problem now is my blower won't go on. I hit the reset button but it still wont go on. Any ideas what is causing this? Low batteries maybe?

Sounds about right for how long it takes to swap an ignition. Blown fuse or low battery is my guess for the blower.
