I have your 2005 supra trailer with a boatmate trailer and I have already burned up the brakes from all the mountains here. Now I need new pads and possibly a rotor.

1. Does anyone know where I can get parts here in Salt Lake City Utah?
2. Does anyone know who services your trailers here? Marine Products told me mastercraft trailers and they don’t have a clue.

Thanks a Bunch,
Marty

call boatmate directly, order the parts, go to a local mechanic, it's a simple job. or google trailer brake repair, and do it yourself.

If I remember correctly, the pads (and maybe rotors) are the same as pads for a Kia. Call boatmate to get the pn, then you can take them to any autoparts store.

I have a 2004 Supra Launch with a Boatmate trailer. I took my trailer in to have the barrings repacked and they said that one of my pads was done. They were surprised, but the pads are Kia car brakepads. Any good tire/brake shop should have these in stock. I live in the Seattle area and the Les Schwab had them.

Here is a link to the UFP Brake website, there is a maintenance manual you can download. 1997-2000 Kia Sephia for the brake pads, non-metallic only.

And while your fixing the brakes don't forget the hubs. If you have the oil bath hubs they need to be serviced every two years with Royal Purple 50wt Synthetic oil.

Thanks so much for the help! I'm getting horrible service from Marine Products in Salt Lake city with this. I'm really pissed about it. Long story.
