It will help with going w2w alot, you can put more tension on the line.

Absolutely the most important piece of equipment in wakeboarding. It is a night and day difference between a stretch rope (old ski ropes) and a spectra or non-stretch rope. it will ultimately help you get more pop off the wake and have more control in the air.

yeah you will have much more control of your body position while jumping with a true wakeboard rope vs a strech ski rope. Think about what the ski rope does when you cut into the wake...You are adding tension to the rope which makes it stretch out, then when you pop off the wake the rope will automatically recoil which pulls you back toward the boat and could cause you to fall forward over your edge. With a spectra rope, you won't have the recoil effect as you leave the wake.
