I'm like 170lbs and believe I will be the same in the summer. COuld I ride the 125cm fish? Does anyone else ride the 125 and is around that weight?

im 170 and i ride the 133, you copuld probably get away with a 125 but a 133 would be way more comfortable.

Well I would most likely go to the 129 next which has a weight range of 130-200. Is the fish your mainly used board?

yeah the fish is my main board, a 129 would definitely work, i think we just got the 133 to be safe since we bought it about a year after we demo the board

I'm pretty interested in this conversation being 185lbs and looking at the fish 133/5 but never got to ride one.

its a nice board with a constisant pop. Im not really good enough to notice the difference between swing weights on boards but i really dont notice anything when i am spinning so theres that. It seems with edging you have to edge a little harder to get the width of the board to carve into the water to try and get maximum pop but otherwise yeah the turns are pretty quick on it considering its got 8 fins. The board also lands incredibly soft in the flats because it has a massive spine in the middle of the board so if you looking for a board to land in the flats with you might want to consider this one.

i got the fish about a year ago and i love it.
im 6'0 165 and ride the 129.
if you want to spin really fast then you could probably go with a 125 but that seems kindof small
but the board is awsome such soft landings and can turn fast with the 5 fins.
