My Buddy just bought a condo in the area and was curious about Lake Pleasant. How busy, good place to ride,etc? Any input would be aprreciated. Thanks.
Humbug Cove is party central. It's at the north end of the lake, almost opposite the ramp that's at the end of Hot Springs Road. The next cove around from it (to the east) usually has some reasonable water.
Sorry to say but Pleasant sucks!!!! I wish it didn't cause it takes me 20 mins to get from my doorstep to the dock. Im sure it can be good in the morning during the week(im at work), but i wont even try on a weekend. And every time we try and go weekday afternoons its windy. Out of the 20+ times ive been there this year, maybe 2 times we had good water because of hella wind. If you want to party like peter sharp said Humbug cove is definatly the place to be. 4th of july is crazy out there. We either go to Bartlett or Saguaro or Canyon
