I have always had the dealer winterize, but this year am thinking about doing it myself

my only issue is the oil change

I have the hammerhead, and from what I've read, the oil change is a major PITA

some posts on the Malibu Crew say that leaving the old oil in all "winter" could be bad for the pan and block

my thought was to winterize but not change the oil
till I hit the 50 hour mark next season

the oil was changed about 25 hours ago

do any of yall think that there is a negative to leaving the old oil in?
.........either through the "winter" (I do the " " cause we don't have a winter like some of yall do)
.....or after start up in the spring?
