ballast help

I'm new to the automatic ballast. Got an 04 Moomba Mobius with the center sac. fill switch works and pump turns on, but no water is going in the bag. I found the incoming water valve to the pump and that is open as well. any suggestions?

So is any water pumping at all? Pull the hose & turn it on. Might be time to open the pump & check the impeller's condition.

Like Bill said it is time to start following the flow. Start at the pump and make your way down the line. Usually it is either the Rule pump or some sort of blockage in the line. The process shouldn't take too long. Good luck.

Try getting the boat on plane 1st to get water started

I had the same problem last year you just need to get the boat moving a little faster to get the pumps to prime....
