Model Releases?

How many of you get model releases on a regular basis? I know its a good habit to get into but I'm siting in the Boston airport on my way to Orlando and just realized that I didn't bring any. Is it worth it to seek out a library where I can print some off? Or should I not worry about it? I'd be using the images only for self promo. Any thoughts?

I try to always get one signed, but for self promo just make sure the model knows what your intended use is. I have also video taped an agreement when I release form was not available. Don't know how well that would hold up in court though. I did eventualy get a signed release form.
