rubber inserts for board racks

I've got a set of board racks from Boss Wake and they are good racks, but the rubber inserts suck. They are less than a year old and are already dry rotted and turn everything black and it's hell to get it off. I've tried calling and emailing them several time and have heard nothing from them. These people suck and I'll never buy anything from them again. So where can I pick up a set of replacement inserts for the racks?

I didn't email them like that at all, but I'm fed up with them. I've been trying to contact them for 2 months and can't get a reply to save my life. I have every reason in the world to be upset, you would be too.
