For some reason i usually see nautiques with wacky tower placements. Why would someone do this to their boat, is it just because they are lazy or is putting a tower on those 90's ski nautiques really hard?

I saw that boat, was it on ebay? Nasty looking tower. I wouldn't give $5k for that. The trailer looks good, I would ditch the tower, and get a FCT.

Yeah its from ebay but i have seen others, the problem is you gotta get the holes patched and color matched on the gunnels to make it look right again.

The front vents glassed under the deck present a little challenge but it's not that big of a deal. I managed to avoid mine but it took a little ingenuity in removing the rub rail filler and drilling a few test holes to get things correctly located.

That first boat needs a good scrub and some TLC. I hate seeing a mistreated boat like that.
