We did using sacks - boat = 95' SSnautique lots of people tap off their fresh water intake for water, but it was to slow for us... we have a rule 4000 pump to bring water in, then it splits three ways, each with valves to stop flow.... one pipe to the front, the sac is under the bow, another to the ski locker (fly high fat seat bottom sac), and the last pipe goes to the v-drive sacs and t's for each one... it was like 500 for all the sacs, 150 for the pump in, used extra tsunami pumps (2) to empty, those are maybe like 100 bucks each, and maybe like 150/200 for pipes valves etc etc.... 1000 bucks would be a very safe guess on price, it can for sure be cheaper our old boat was a 91' closed bow hydrodyne and we have auto ballast there too, if thats more what you would need to see I have pics
