Just wanted to give a big thank you to hyperlite. My 2001 belmonts ripped right next to the top lace. I took them to the shop I bought them from and they sent the in for repair it took a little time 4 weeks but they sent me a pair of 2003 no chargeThat is what I call customer service way to go Hyperlite

Thats cool. I bought a pair of O'Brien link bindings and when the top lace loop ripped off they said "oh". So I have a small bolt holding them together until i buy a different brand. Maybe I'll try hyperlite next time.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for my replacement Parks overlays. So, I would like to give a big, "YOU SUCK" to Hyperlite.

Mark, Who was it that said "oh"? Your dealer or O'Brien? That is definitely a warranty item that should be replaced or fixed no questions asked.

Let me know the details chrisj@obrien.com
