It is definitely different, I can see it allowing WW to provide a lot more user functions! Good job Dave, I bet you had a busy weekend! Keep it up.

Edit: I will say learning names is different. i doubt anyone knew me as Stephan, perhaps time to retire the old moniker...

As far as the user name goes, I'm going to get that changed to read like it did in the old system. For example, mine will say

David Williams (wakeworld)

We just didn't have time to get this change in.

If you're having any kind of login problems, please delete your browsers temp files and browsing history if you can. Then log out and re-boot your computer to make sure you're getting a fresh start. Let me know if the problems persist after that.

Sweet site, but the text is HUGE compared to the rest of the fourm such as usernames and even quotes within posts.

Yeah I had to make a new account also. My old account was set to my aol screen name which i haven't checked the mail in probably 3 years so i deleted all of them, and tried resetting my password 10 times and it never sent to me. So this is the new name, kyle_L formerly (kyle)lfxstar.

I'll tell you what I do like is that, unlike most forums in this format, one page will hold about what I estimate 40 posts before a new page of a thread is started. That maintains some familiarity to the previous board. We know how WW threads tend to long and drawn out at times.

Don't get used to it. I'm going to remove it from the header and put it in your profile. I don't like post count to be a badge of honor cuz it encourages crappy contributions.

Every time I open the forum it shows me a whole page of unread post. Even though I just read it, closed my internet the went back to check on it. Is there a way to set it where I see which post are new ones. I tried clicking on forum read button but it still comes up as a whole page of unread post.

Looks nice and clean, but a tad tricky if you just twirl the ol' mouse randomly around like I do

Seems once you find out what does what, it's pretty easy gettin round. I've always thought the threads were a little bland, but I like to see avatars next to posts.

The home page looks so busy to me, that I really don't like to browse it... Lookin' forward to lurking around and getting used to the place!
