help...burned dvd to the web

I have a nicely edited vid from last year that is burned onto a dvd-rw cd. My computer will not open or even recognize that it is there....."please inseert a cd into drive d" anyways I would like to be able to post it onto wakepics or whatever it is for your viewing pleasure.

What can I do to get from the dvd to my computer.

i think u mean you burned it onto a dvd-rw dvd not cd. Have you viewed it on any computer or dvd player since you burned it or was it purely for storage.As for conversion im not sure. i have not had to do that. Im sure if u import it into a videoediting progran like pinacle and then rather then burn it convert it into another format. The problem with the dvd could be it wasnt finalized. thats all i can think of.
