How do i get my overlays to stretch so that they go on easier? Also any tips on putting them on will be very helpful.

You could try hot water, like soak them in the tub for a bit. That might work.

yeah. warm them up. use small screw drivers to align all the holes.

You can take off the overlays and slightly adjust them out. I don't think it's hard to do, but some people would think differently. Most bindings you can take the overlays off with the screws on the top. I would venture to guess though, that it's not the overlays that are tight. In my experience it has usually been the main part underneth the overlays which needs adjusted a little. Which you also can do.

You should also use a little bit of liquid soap to make it easier.
