What it is... I haven't taken a Vacation in over a year & can hardly wait for this upcoming holiday & much needed time off. I am intrested in seeing what everyone's up to for the 4th. BBQ'n, Beers, Boardn, Boatn, Lounging, Laughing, Lake, etc... If anyone is up @ Lake Shasta feel free to swing on by if you see us, 2 American flags & Pirate one flying high off the houseboat in the Pit or Squaw arms.

* Lake Shasta
* 4th of July week M-F
* 05 X2 & Xstar
* Escapade Houseboat / Jones Valley
* Plenty of boards, boats, booze & boom boom!!!

I'm going to take cover, seems residents of Discovery Bay like their fireworks (mostly the illegal ones). Upload

Looks like you'll be having fun Aaron, I'll show your post to Chris. I know if I was him I'd be looking for boats like yours!

Right on Rich & BTW I am excited for Chris & his new endeavour, I have no doubt he will excel & make memories to last a lifetime. Although I am not Waken for a living, like Chris I have a family that supports my hobbies & that is all you could ask for - I applaud his decion & your backing.

Is it July yet??

fireworks are my least favorite part of the 4th of July...all I can think about when I see them is all the trash that ends up in the lakes. anyway, i'll be doing nothing as it's on a wednesday and that is the only "holiday" at work and i'm saving my vacation days for less busy times.

Im moving in to a new house that weekend so no party, and weve been in drought for the past month so no fireworks ($200 fine). Even if I was free I wouldn't go anywhere near the water. Might as well try to ride in a washing machine with all those tubes and jet skis out there.
