You see people such as parks and darin as well as others now doing double inverts. My question is, which is harder a double invert such as a double half cab roll/speedball, or a 1080?

and I do realise that a 1080 is not a double invert. figured I would mention that. sorry

some tricks come easier/harder to different riders. Parks would probably say the double front is harder. Darin would probably say the double back is harder.

i asked darin about the double-inverts. he said they're not as much about skill as they are about just hucking them. he didn't think much of them (even tho he was the first to start doing them - or perhaps because of that...).

but it seems universal that folks think spining is much harder than getting inverted. thus inverts with spins are even harder (making parks' double-back mobe that much more amazing).

but i would bet most, including parks himself, would say the 1080 is the hardest. you don't see him trying that in comps like the double-half cab. and quite a few people can do double inverts now, i think it's dallas? that has been trying a double ts front? it's in one of the more recent vids - whereas i've only heard of parks and supposedly kenney dropping the 1080.

I'm at about 80% on landing my double backs and 40% on the 1080. I'de have to say the spins are harder. I can't believe there are other break dancers out there still. I just got a sweet new piece of vinyl.
