check the stringers and floor. my 84 was rotted out had to replace it all. if it is good well I still think 3g's is a bit high ee if he will take 2

If the floor has been replaced, it may be worth the 3K. I never offer the listed price, it never hurts to see if they will drop the price some. Good luck and keep us posted.
