If you hit it with the heavy traffic and the bissel, you should be good. I usually spray the resolve and let it do it's thing per instructions, then get the resolve up with the bissel, then get the carpet wet with the hot, soapy bissel mixture and then suck it all up. (Using the attachment that does NOT have the little rotary vacuum.) Usually leaves it clean and no soapy residue. Which attachment are you using.
Resolve also makes a stain product in a spray bottle. I've had some success with it on tough stains. Hopefully Tyler (Diggs) will see this thread and give his two cents. He has the carpet cleaning down with the pressure washer. Here is a pic of his Supra:
