Hi! what do you guys think about me (160 pounds) riding a Neptune Influence 125? It's only $50 new at a local shop? It seems way too small for me, but the reviews on it say it's for medium to small riders. Am I medium? Please help! I'm looking to buy my first board. A 120 pound girl will also be using my board. Thanks

Too small senor! I have a 134 and it is for weights 120-170lbs. You will not enjoy riding it very much

Just looked up the info again it's actually a 127, though that's not a huge difference. It really does seem small. Would that make it harder to ride?

Yes. Go for a bigger board.

sometimes good deals arent really that good. There is a reason that board is only 50 bucks brand new. I would try for something around 134-140 if I were you.

I've ridden my cousin's Jobe Circus 127, I kept diggin in the nose on landings and it just all in all sucked casue I was WAY too big for it. Buy it, get some gator grip and make a wakeskate or sell it on ebay and maybe make some $$$. I was 160 last summer and a 137 worked well for me. I drank too much beer this winter so it will be interesting to see how it works now. Good luck.

thanks guys. I'll look for something larger. Maybe try a 134 that both me and my wife can use.
