noob question - gear release dates

what month has the new gear usually been released in recent years?

all right i just searched the archives, and the 07 CWB stuff was out this time last year. I need bindings like RIGHT NOW, and i want the 07 factions, but if i can get em for a lot less in a few days, then i should wait. i just don't want to buy them, and then watch the price get cut in half while they are being shipped, ya know?

any advice

Contact Cwb and see if they can tell you a more precise date....

just emailed them, but would they give our dates? I'd think not. otherwise no one would buy the 07 stuff thats in shops right now. its seems like it is happening soon, b/c most of the online dealers back ordered on the Zeus in large

aight so i think i've figured out that the only 07 stuff that was out this time last year was the CWB Factions. if anyone can confirm this for me tho, that would be cool

The factions did come out earlier than the rest of the stuff. Just like this years Marius board is coming out sooner than the other stuff. CWB seems to be doing this every year so far. But, that is just IMO.

Yeah, they released the factions really early last year due to the new hinge technology being so popular. They thought it was necessary to put out a binding that was not as "cheap" price wise as the deuce, yet not as expensive as the Zeus.

Usually they wait for the EXPO so everyone can have look. Orders normally start being fill end of AUG and SEPT. Some companies release one or two items out. I heard the 08 Marius is sick to ride - defenitly worth the wait.

I know the Liquid Force has a new board coming out in 08 - it will be available in Sept (as of now-could change). It is suppose to be a hybrid between the Fish and Shanes.
