I have noticed my steering is getting a little tight, especially turning left, on my '05 X2. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how I can lubricate the steering cable to eliminate this?

there should be a grease zerk at the transom where the cable attaches to the rudder. there's usually not one under the dash, but check anyway.

I saw it while I was changing my raw water impeller. It is directly under the raw water impeller on the floor.

there is 3 zerks on that boat, all within 5 inches of each other on the floor under the raw water impeller. Nothing under the dash to lubricate.
