Have an O'neill Psycho II that somehow has a hole in the back on the rubber part next to the neoprene. Looks like a burn hole and has gone almost all the way thru, but it's never been laid on anything hot and nobody I know smokes nor has there been a cigarette on the boat. Anyone ever had to repair something like this? What did you use? O'neill warranty is no good after a year and the local O'neill dealers won't even send it back for me because I didn't buy it from them.

You should be able to get some neoprene glue from Oniell. It won't look quite as good as new but it will hold up really well. Most wetsuit shops should carry the glue.
