Shredding at the Daytona 500

Yes! it is exactly what you would think. Thanks to Centurion wakeboards and iwake we were able to ride on this lake in the infield of the daytona 500 Nascar event. needless to say the people were super stoked to see some wakeboarding when they were waiting for those beasts to come around turn 2. There were plenty of riders, 500thousand fans and 1 filmer. me

Was there two years ago. Was great to watch the boarders because you cannot see the whole track from the back-stretch.

Sure was a pee in the wetsuit kind of day.

I was there last year and didn't know anyone was riding in the infield. I wish they would have announced it so people would have know what was going on.

Hey Stephen,
Ive been doing youtube stuff for many years and just recently switched to vimeo like u said.
Im just glad to be doing what I love and doing so being friends with everyone in the industry including the riders and the sponsors.
All I can say is that Ill keep bringing you all the coverage you can watch and more

Very very cool vid norbi. Did you get paid for it by Centurion to film their riders? The even cooler part is that you got to goto the Daytona 500 and watch the race from where the race crews are. That's a once in a lifetime experience. Literally the Super Bowl of racing. I've never been to a nascar race but i heard even if you aren't a race fan, it is really cool in person.

Norbi that is far and away my favorite video you've done to date. i love the slow relaxed vibe to it, the fact that it isn't seizure inducing lol, and the fact that given the viewer knows that even as chill looking as the video is there's millions of tiny explosions propeling 4000 pound missles up to 200 miles per hour not far from where you are. this video = killing it to me.

Side note- I saw them wakeboarding on tv almost off the screen. Good to see it was covered.

What an experience!!! This was my fourth year participating. I hate my foot was broken! It was torture to drive the boat the whole time and not be able to ride this year!

Thanks to Centurion for licensing with Nascar and arranging this opportunity for us to put wakeboarding in front of so many people. Its events like this that will help new people find out about wakeboarding and see how much fun it is!!!
