The "Official" Post your best 2008 photo thread

OK. Here we go. This thread is dedicated just for photos. Simply insert a photo that your believe was the best photo you took this year (2008). It can be of any subject or landscape and cannot be heavily photoshopped. So no panoramic, HDR, or merging of two photos. Simply something you got out of the camera with the expected small tweaks you may have done in post.

The due date will be two weeks… which means by 11:59 PM Dec 25. Voting will commence afterwards. Voting will be explained in a new thread but will consist of voting for your top 3 and comments to each other photos will be welcomed.

I don't feel like it is a contender.. just liked the silhouette, with a touch of sunlight on the side of the rider...

due to the fakt that my pic was printed in the standerd, here is a new one. it is also from the reef jam 2008 in langenfeld, germany. the light was unbelivable at that day! all pictures from the series have this touch.

but my all time favorite is the first one with the rainbow! and this was asked in the first posting here...
