thanks david, its because mine is a 07, it was the original core graphic and it developed into your 08 graphic. mine is a single graphic, with no spacing between it. not alot of people went with it. i love it. we heard you were down at san ann and thought about going down but the delta is where we wound up do to time. hope you guys had a great trip, got any more pics? the bimini on your boat is a perfect match, i like the color choice and the one center stripe. lates bryan. oh ya, has was the water level down there, naci is about empty i heard.

You probably had better luck at the Delta since it poured rain on us Friday night. It was actually kind of neat since we managed to stay dry in our tent, but it was a little chilly out on the lake the next day. San Antonio wasn't nearly as bad as Naci. Naci is scary low. I don't even think it's up to the spillway. San Antonio is perfect cuz it's uncovered all the good sandy beaches. Plus, my daughter loves searching for shark teeth and always has better luck when it's down. She found three over the weekend.

billy, where do you get in my post above I'm knocking the BU tower? Because I wasn't. In fact, I've always been a fan of it. But I'm just saying that with the bimini up, it reminds me of an AWACS jet, thats all.

does their boatlift system suck and fall off of the tracks every time it is windy or wavy forcing them to use a shorestation except for the first and last 2 weeks of the season when they need to be sure that the boat is in a garage where it won't dip below freezing? We are in S.E. wisconsin between Madison and Milwaukee, so not quite on the fox, but near.

do any of you white Bu's with turn down exhausts out there notice the black film on the back of your boat? Has anyone tried to take them off? What is involved?

Ewing post some pics of that Wetsounds set up. Do you have to duck under the speakers in the middle or are they over the seats? Those are 80s right?

No prob. they do hang just above the seats so I tell peeps to just be careful getting up. Still room enough to get around when we have a full boat though. Yes 80's no 60's when I bought. (Message edited by johnsvt on October 10, 2007)

Nice. they look LOUD. Have you found a good weight setup. We have the same hull. I think this is one of the best wakes for everyday riding. We put 550 in each locker, stock middle tank, and 300 pds of lead in the very front and a bunch of people. No wedge. It's awesome.

This is really just our first season, but I have 250 in each rear locker and 300 in the nose with the middle tank. However, when I get my friends together the wake just really starts to grow. This past weekend we had 8 adults and the MALIBU logo was just in the water. The wake was really nice and "meaty." We generally only use the wedge when we have 3-4 peeps. I am contemplating adding the 750's in the rear and the bow sack(only partial fill the sacks we ain't that good, yet) but I may trade the boat on an 07 VLX also so I am holding off for now.

one shot of the metal flake. The blue on the top does not look like the right color but you can see the flake in the black. I like it it is very subtle like a pearl
