Hey guys I have a little time on my hands since I sprained both ankles pretty bad do an air raley.

so here's the question those of you with Sangers what rope lenght do you ride at (do you count handle length also?), and speed.....

I have been riding at 70 (65rope+5for handle)about 22mph. I use a 600 sack in the center of the boat starting at the drivers seat going back plus the triple ballast. (V215 05)

Kenny, wassup. Ya I'm down for the count to. Pinched nerve in my neck, going thru physical therapy now. Hopefully it will be cured/better in time for Bullards Bar in about three weeks.

I ride the same, 70 ft including the handle, at about 21.5 on the PP. My best friend, who is a lot better than me, is riding at 80 ft including the handle, at 22.5. That is with all three tanks full, about 5 people in the boat, and the plate about 75% down.

Hope ya feel better

you just get the boat to the speed you want.... let the handle out to where the wake is clean and ride that. Or let the handle out to the lenght you want and drive the speed that makes that spots wake best. Typically wakeboarders ride between 70 and 80 feet. I personally ride 80 at 22.5

I am just curious cause I hear all different kinds of stories. I figure the longer the rope the wider the wake to cross, since I am no pro I figure I'll ride in the middle, not to far back or to close.

Shawn those are sic pics!
