Is there a difference between an Infant Neo vest and Regular life vest other than price and look?

I'm sure they outgrow a neo vest just as quick as a regular infant vest...

I was at Target in Concord, CA and noticed some kiddie spandex jumpsuits with flotation built in. Didn't pay attention to price, but hey, it's Target! Might be more comfy and/or hold the kids in a bit better and even stretch to provide room for growth? Maybe not USCG approved, though...

then neo vest is lighter and provides more mobility. if they are both coast gaurd approved then they will provide about the same flotation/safety.
