Depends on the size of the lake. On big water, you have no idea how many total riders there are at any one time, just how many are in your channel. In our small channel, riding with one other boat is no problem as long as they know what they are doing...no powerturns....ride back and forth in the same line instead of doing ovals. Riding with 2 other boats is possible, but can make for rough riding. More than that and we bag the riding for a while. How serious the rider is doesn't matter much, though I am always up for watching some really good riders, it is mostly about how good the driver is.
