The rules state that you must be from the U.S.A.
.. I'm not, but i will be in the states from 13th July threw till late October.

Can i enter?

why not enter, the worst that can happen is they find out you're not an American citizen and they eliminate you from the contest.

probably has something to do with getting your plane ticket. i bet if your flight originates from a usa state you are eligible. register, er vote, er whatever you have to do to get a chance to win.
