I'm transfering to a school in Fort Lauderdale (the Arts Institute)this January and was wondering if anyone was from the area that I could ride with or catch a ride to the cable park with. I can pay for gas, even if you're just giving me a ride to the cable park, anything anyone can do would be greatly appreciated. I just wrecked my car this past Monday and will be without a car till the summer quarter, but when I get a car I promise I'll make it up to you!! Again, thanx a bunch for anything anyone can do to help me out.

Hey! There are some really cool people who are regulars at the cable. Actually, all the top cable riders in the nation (and now the world... go Chad) ride out of ski rixen (until donald moves away next month). I may be able to help you out getting there sometimes. Plus, there's a great coach/rider down there named Dean Lavelle. He has a wakeboard school that I would reccomend checking out : http://www.wakeboard-school.com

It's not too commercial at all. It's smaller than owc (if you've been there). the only thing that sucks is when the lines get long. But hey, this saturday, Malibu boats is putting on a demo clinic at Dean Lavelle's school in Pompano Beach (ft.lauderdale). The word on the street is they're giving free 20 minute pulls! You guys should hit it up. Check out www.wakeboard-school.com (though I don't think he has any info about it up on the site)
