Does anyone know a good place to order ballast puppy impellers? the part number is 6303-0001.

I have three ballast puppies that need impellers, but the local shop around here moved an hour away and wants $25 per.

Not sure where yellow ones are from but I have had good luck with these

and $25 is about what it is going to cost no matter where you get them if not more

do they still make the black impellers with the brass fitting.

I had the blue one and the black plastic fitting stripped.

The black ones always seemed to break apart at the blades and would end up plugging something up. Since Ive swithched to the yellow ones, only one has stripped at the keyway knotch. I havnt used the blue ones yet.

I hear there are green impellers out there now that are suppose to be between the black and yellow in terms of flexibility.

black is for 1 way only

I had nothing but problems with the black impellers. I have the reversible pumps and the black would always get stuck, but since switching to the yellow ones I've had absolutely no problem. They are suppose to contain some sort of lubricant in them??

Nitrile is the yellow one, it can be run back or forward

Black, can not be run back or forward, that is why they changed here pumps and impellers the past 5 years

There is a new green impeller out. The yellow had problems with the centers spinning out on them because they were a little too soft. My dealer is only stocking the green ones now.
