Had two in my Mustang back in the days. Would not buy them again. Okay sound, but not heart pounding and didn't handle a lot of power. Ended up getting rid of them and got a single
JL Audio sub that hit way louder.

we install alot of bazooka's marine line of subs in local boats at my shop , and for the money , they are really hard to beat . The biggest problem with any sub , is the enclosure . Most people dont understand that the enclosure your sub is in is gonna have a 75% affect on the kinda bass you get. The bazooka marine subs are semi free air , but still need somekind of enclosure to sound really good . We also stock the clarion marine subs , and jl , but like i said , i would recommend the bazooka's over the rest . Good Luck

Mike your profile says your 20 and a bartender....pass on the "grandpa" sub and get something your going to be happy with in a month.

I have the 10" in a storage compartment behind a drop-down seat and only get full effect with the compartment open. Am planning to keep this as an enhancer but install a "regular" sub under the drivers console.

I've tried a few ways...sealed box sub firing towards cabin, ported box sub firing towards cabin and ported box sub firign up under dash. the ported box (slotted) firing up under/behind the dash sounds the best....you get the added volume of a ported box and the enclsoed effect of a bandpass box created by the sub firing up under the dash.
