so I was headed out to the dirty d and decided to stop in at WakeRoots at NorCal Mastercraft and peek around... to my suprise they had a super screamin deal on EVERYTHING.. pretty much everything was 50% off and just totally blowouts on all the boards...

Well, there were 2 Slingshot recoils for 100.00 and there was no way I could pass that up.. so I snagged one up just for the F of it because I wanted a play around flex board.. Love the board.. so much fun to ride..

now.. heres where I need help.. What is the LIGHTEST way to set this board up? the board is stupid light to begin with, but my factions tanked it down a bit.. They were selling D2 bindings for 75.00 but they didnt have my size..

Id preffer a closed toe boot.. any recommends?

How are the Cells? are they light?

Im not sure if factions are considered stiff or not, but I really like the way they felt, only problem is they keep coming loose on me while I ride and its just time for a new boot

d2's and Floyds from Slingshot are really light too... as long as they're on a SS board (less mounting hardware)

My Slingshot setup is less than 10 lbs with board and boots (UPS scale) and its a 142... other boots are light (Ronix ONEs, Vantage seemed pretty light) but you do lose some flex in other companys stuff, unless it is a company (4hole pattern)
