I'm considering doing a light tint on my Centurion's windshield. In South Carolina, is it legal? Has anyone else done it? If so, do you like it or not?

You don't have anything to worry about on the legal side but as stated before, it can be hard to see out of in the early morning or the evening. I have a blue and grey boat with a dark sort of mirror tint and it looks awesome. Pretty easy and cheap to install also. If you want I can send you a couple pics.

Diggs, that looks good, very tasteful. I have seen some boats that look good with tint, and some that makes their boat look cheesey. I personaly would not tint mine because my colors are blue and white, but If I had a black boat, I would do a 35% or so

DC 20% looks perfect. I have a black and white 02 Xstar and I think it would look cool on my boat too. The darker tints look cool but I am also out on the water at night when i go to the river and I think it woud be jus too dark to see. Although come o think about it. I usually stand up and drive when it's dark.
