Trinity Lake, CA

Does anyone know if there is any good lake homes or housing developments coming up at Trinity Lake. I went there this weekend to check it out and it looks pretty nice. If someone can give me info on all (such as schools, do you have to drive 20 miles to get to a store, etc) let me know I would appreciate it thanks
