hey, do u ride with or without fins and wat do u guys think of the board???

The Freedom is the 2003 Absolute shape. So look for reviews under that too. I rode it for a while, and I thought it was a good board. Wide profile and hefty rocker made for good pop, it was also pretty quick.

That is a great board. It is also pretty much the 04 Absolute. You can put the two boards side by side (03 and 04) and they look the same.

There are significant differences though!! That's why the Absolute is a series, they have continually made upgrades for the last 4 years. The '03 & '04 are the two that ride most similarly, there were bigger transitions between '02 & '03 as well as '04 & '05. All related just tweaked. They sharpened & lengthened the center spine, decreased the size of the outside molded fin & ___________.

Between 03 and 04? I owned both. I doubt most riders could tell the difference on the water.

02-03 and 04-05, I agree.
