i have a 2006 wakesetter vlx and absolutely love the boat. when we wakesurf we fill the back corner ballast and put everyone in the corner. sometimes we fill the middle and somtimes we just leave it empty. we drop the wedge to about 3/4 down and have a pretty decent wake. i can surf it fine and am relly close to being able to do 3's. i can feel the wave push me but just cant catch back up. i was just wondering if i was weighting it right for my best chances or if i should try somthing else. part of me thinks that i should just keep trying over and over with what i have and part thinks i shouold try with a new shape. any help would be appreciated

thanks

wickie I fill full MLS accept surf side, and add 800 pounds in the rear surf side locker. If I don't have many people in the boat I'll fill another long 400 pound sack under the seats on the port side. I have the manual wedge and it's always down while surfing. The product is a nice wave you can surf to about 15' back about waist high with lots of push.
