It took 7 witness ,2 restraining orders ,6 hours of court ,and a lawyer,to kick me o

And the only reason i lost ,is i did mot have a lease with the main landlord i mean slumlord {but he told me he was making one up }

So you sublet a space without approval or a contract from the owner and got kicked out when the building sold. Doesn't sound that unusual to me. Learn from your experience - if you're going to lease a space - especially for your business - make sure your paperwork is in order. A couple of hundred bucks on the frontside of this deal would have eliminated all the drama.

Is it just me, or does it seem that Moose's communication skills have improved since the incident. Maybe something positive was gained from this incident.
