Yeah I bought it from Ryan last Labor Day weekend and logged 50hrs on it in two months lol. I LOVE this boat! Trailer is starting to show rust spots in corners so probably gonna repaint it this summer.

I am speaking of the river part of Caddo. 43 bridge, State Park area, not the lake.

We love it when it's windy. Never gets real busy and you can always find good water. Doesn't have anywhere to really park and just chill, but if you buy a place on the water I guess that fixes that.

It's not the closest spot for us but it's nice to have when the wind blows. Has a great restaurant on it.

Finally got out yesterday for the first time this year and lucked out to have some of the most perfect water I've ever seen on my lake. No other boats other than a couple fishermen over in the flooded timber areas...It was fantastic

Oh, and the best part about this lake is it can look like this with the same amount of traffic on a holiday weekend.....ok, maybe 5 more boats.

That's Joe Pool Lake, just south of DFW, between Mansfield and Cedar Hill, TX. It won't be like that much longer though, with warmer weather and holidays just around the corner, this lake usually gets crowded and turns to crap pretty quick.

I was going to say it looked familiar.

Gotta make that trek to find good water around DFW. It's going to be ridiculous this year I bet. I'm staying off lewisville.

It's usually pretty decent during the week as long as it isn't too windy, but the weekends usually suck pretty hard. as long as you stay between the bridges you'll be fine. Both ends of the lake have pretty thick flooded timber sections that are hard to navigate if you don't know those areas very well. If it's too crowded around the main sections of the lake we will sometimes ride over there (closer to the power lines by Loyd Park) and can usually get some decent riding in, just have to watch out for the jackasses that are screaming in and out of the launch at the park since it's close by.
