I just learned toe off sevens about three weeks ago and have been hitting them pretty good since. It seems to me that those landings should be similar to a crow mobe. Any advice and how to go about throwing crow mobes. I've never tried any yet so let me know what you guys have found works the best.

For the crow mobe I just do a crow, and kind of over rotate it just a little bit. Then when I spot the landing thats when I pull the handle again for the crow mobe. I land them wrapped usually but its probably easiest if you pass. If you can do 7s, a crow mobe will probably be pretty easy for you.

I second that. 7's are harder for sure. Passed or wrapped, I tell people to try a few toe 3's consecutively, then land the crow mobe the same way you land your toe 3. If you are at this level you'll get it no matter what. Simply said, think of doing a regular crow and as you go into the flip, concentrate on doing your toe 3. You'll feel it after a couple of tries and it will sync together. Good luck.
