Alex, not at all. Because of the depth, the wake is hard as all hell. You actually hit the wake just before it curls.

rodney, hard to believe huh? but yep, spent $525 out of my shallow pockets to pay for that setup, but my dad says its too hard to drive with ballast in the boat, so we've only used the setup three times. yea. and no it's not an '88 ski nautique. I know no one likes to bash brands on here but the supreme has been quite a pain. there IS an upside though, at nationals, when everyone was complaining about the ankle high wake, I was amazed at how big it was!

nacho,
I don't recall how much weight we had pumped in, but the system is capable of about 2,400lbs. I think we had 5 guys that morning (girls were out on the '07 X2) and, by the way the wake looks, it seems as if the rear bags were maybe half full.

It does just fine for us...

1981 Nautique (not a 2001, the year before, still a pretty great wake for a third the gas :-)). About 800 in water ballast beside the engine, 200 in the bow and 3 people in the boat:

I'm the one sucking up the joint in the first 2 shots, the other shots are Brandon Scullion and Aaron Larson... who are MUCH better riders than me :-)
