Exposure for new boat dealership

There is a new local inboard dealership and I was trying to think of ways to get them exposure. I was thinking about some kind of "day at the lake" type event. Not a competition, but maybe have some riders throw down behind some demo boats, offer free lessons for beginners, free food, etc. I'm not sure about liability (probably need some sort of waiver for pulling riders) or permits. Anyone have some ideas for a dealership to sponsor a fun day at the lake? Somehow combine pushing the sport of wakeboarding with exposure for the dealership.

Sounds like a great idea. It seems like the energy drink companies love sponsoring events like this. Monster and Rock Star are easier to get support from, from what ive heard. Call some of the board companies as well.
What kind of boats will you be selling?

Kyle, actually I'm not tied to the dealership. They sponsor my son so we look for ways to help them as much as possible. They are carrying the Supra/Moomba line and the Centurion line right now. They carry Hyperlite, CWB and Ronix gear in the pro shop.

I like the idea of having an energy drink sponsor there, I'll have to check into that.

looks like gantt lake mulisha is doing a good job for them....

rumor has it the guys from EPIC are talkin to them.... how sick would it be to have EPIC in South Alabama?!

Jessica, that's them. Where were those pictures taken? Is that some of your crew?

I know the Malibu guys wanted them to pick them up also so I wouldn't doubt Epic wanting to get in. They're doing pretty good.

That looks like a fun time. By the banner, it looks like Epic is already on board.

NWT? I thought Nautiques had that one locked down.

Jessica, no twisting of words, I'm just reading the banner which appears to imply that H2O is an authorized EPIC dealer. I glad the GLM is showing some love, but the banner took me by suprise.

Stephen, the dealership is in Dothan, AL. Not much down here at all. I think they will do well if the economy holds up.
