It looks like the heater is leaking heated water out into my boat. Anyone have any suggestions as to a quick fix? If not I understand I could take out the heated water line coming from the engine and scrap the heater all together, but I'm not quite sure as how to shut off the flow.

By the way the boat is a 2005 Tige 20v.

You should be able to get plugs for the block. Failing that you can cut the hoses and join them together. Use a piece of pipe to join them and crank some hose clamps onto it, shouldn't leak.

A third way is just to find bolts that fit the hoses and screw them in. We use that as a temp fix for plugging fuel lines etc sometimes.

Quick fix rip out the core and see if you can get it welded at a radiator shop.

Go to home depot, buy two 1/2 inch shut off ball valves and four 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch hose barbs. Cut the hose by the engine and splice those in. VERY EASY to do.

Don't mess around with plugging the engine, that will be a lot of work in tight quarters.
