ok, so the delta is the king for butter from what i understand. but are there any waterways on the east coast that can somewhat compare? i dont mean florida, i was wondering like northeast region. i see pics people post of the butter they ride and makes me very envious.

Adam...the best butter we find is always on rivers or narrow fingers of lakes. The ideal situation is to have high banks with lots of trees to block the wind. In addition, butter begins to disappear after 9 am unless you have waterways that are not frequented by any other watercraft...so get up early :-)

yeah my buds and i ride on the ct river, we get out at like 545 in the summer but there's so many boats and wind out of long island sound that any butter is gone by 7ish. i'd give anything for an all day butter sesh.

i live in connecticut and lake little noah is great pretty much all the time but if you find some smaller lakes and get the right day there are quite a few good ones
