The dirty tantrum. The good news is that I did finally stick 2 of them but in the process of learning this trick I managed to tear up my arm pretty good. It still functions fine for daily activities but not well enough to board. I've been off for about a week now and am going nuts.

It doesn't seem to be the "tantrum elbow" like other people have posted though. My pain is more in the bicep and a bit in the shoulder. I've seen people with torn biceps so I don't think that's it. I'm thinking it's probably just a few tendons but wanted to see if anyone else has any input.

If it doesn't feel better by Monday I'll head in to the old doc and get it checked. I've only got about a month and a half left of season up here and want to get back out there!

I get the same pain from time to time, mine is usually from overuse. If my landings are off for a day I'll get yanked pretty bad, and the arm that hold on the longest is usually my left.

Give it a week, it should go away.

Thanks for the input adam. My right arm is the one bothering me but I ride goofy so it sounds like the same thing. We'll see what Monday brings.

If it doesn't go away in a week, have it looked at. I had the same thing and it turned out to be a torn laybrum(not sure of the spelling) which is in the shoulder. This requires surgery to repair. Hopefully it's not that. That hurts more than a torn bicep.
