hey guys i went riding yesterday and did all my tricks and then decided to go for the crow and went high but caught the front edge and got badly concused and couldnt remember much this morning . so do any of u have any tips on the trick and or if something similar has happened to u .thanks

really make sure that you keep the handle in front of the hip that you want to lead. Also stand tall off the wake and dont break at the hips. Really practice your toeside 180's, It also may help to land with just your lead hand on the handle. Good luck with your head, that is never fun

do it again...

i've been landin a load off the kicker, and threw it on the boat a couple of times, was gettin round fine, then didn't quite throw it enough and popped the knee...luckily its now winter here in UK, so i can rest, but think i'm gonna have to either get on a bigger wake to get confidence on it before i blow my knee straight away, or just be a spinner
