Well I went wakesurfing for the first time yesterday at oroville. It was great, got up the first time everytime(much easier than wakeboarding)and even got some slack in the line for a few seconds at at time. The red tide from Inland was great. Now I need to work on getting a better surf wake. It was very addicting, even riding holding my ghetto homemade rope(tube rope with knots and a pvc pipe for a T handle)it was a blast, cant wait to hook up the surf wake and learn to free ride.

I just went for the first time last Sunday! I also have the red tide! Overall I thought it took more muscle to pull my fat ass up but I did get up the first time and struggled the next 3 tries and then we got it right. Was very cool moving up and down the wake. I have never surfed before but thought it was very cool.
