Nautique Super Sport vs. Super Air Nautique 210

Hi,

What are the differences between the correct craft super sport and the super air nautique?

Ballast, Tower, PP, Graphics. There might be a few others, but those are the main differences

The boat itself is the same.

Just options after the hull has been made... the coast guard plate should say
"Nautique Supersport/Super Air 210" or something like that

Price...that's about it (don't find too many SSN's for sale without all of the SAN options these days)

We got our 95 with:
280 hrs
nearly perfect in and out
*no tower/PP/Ballast*
for 18k, but that was before the economy tanked... these days prob cheaper

Just remember, if you buy a bare bones SSN, you will spend at least another $3,000 on ballast, tower and perfect pass. If you use OEM stuff, it will probably cost even more than that.

Please link me up to some 99SSNs for 15k hehe I dont think they are quite that low yet are they???!

Not a chance. I could not find one for that kind of money. Im sure they are out there, but are very few and far between.

Hull is the same. The width of the gunnels is a subtle difference but is worth mentioning. on a SSN the gunnels are about 6 to 8 inches wide. On the narrower SAN, pry 3 or 4 inches wide. So the SSN will have less interior space than a SAN. It's nice when you're climbing around the tower, but does sacrifice a little space.

The narrower gunnels started in 2002. Prior to that they were wider. In 2002 the interior is also a little deeper. It may not be much on paper, but you can feel the difference. It was one of the main reasons I was looking for a 2002+ SAN.

What is a gunnel??

side wall of the boat. if you're up getting a board in/out of the racks, your standing on the gunnels.
