Help needed with ballast!

Hello everyone... what im looking for is a ballast kit, designed for easy plumbing of soft sacks into storage compartments. I have heard there is a kit with all parts included. Does anyone know a source for a kit?

i know the tige dealer up in Arizona makes a kit and installes them. i forgot what the dealers name is. but its a good system. i installed one in a customers boat. it wasn't too hard it was the first on i did. it comes with everything you need even the wire for wiring everyhthing. i think the kit is called the Rival System.
